Return & Refund Policy

We provide a 30-day return valid period starting from the date the courier marks the package as delivered. All return applications must be submitted to customer service within this period; overdue applications will not be accepted.

Products can be returned and refunded only if all the following conditions are met: the goods are unused, unmodified and kept brand new; the complete original packaging, labels, accessories and manuals are intact and returned together; the goods do not belong to non-refundable categories as below.

For hygiene and customized product management, the following products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded: cosmetics, skin care products, oral care and personal cleaning supplies; underwear, swimwear and disposable products; personalized engraved and printed customized goods; clearance goods clearly marked "Final Sale No Return".

If the return is caused by our fault such as defective products, wrong delivery and damaged goods during transportation, we provide free prepaid return labels and bear all return logistics costs. You can choose full product value refund or free replacement without extra cost.

If you take the initiative to return goods due to personal preference, inappropriate size or style, all outbound and return shipping fees shall be borne by you. The initial delivery fee paid at checkout will not be refunded. We will only refund the product amount after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Return operation steps: Send your order number and clear product photos to customer service; wait for official return approval and obtain the designated return address; safely pack the goods and send the return tracking number to customer service; warehouse inspection takes 3–6 business days after receiving the package; approved refunds will be returned to your original payment channel within 3–8 business days.

If you receive broken or defective goods, please send photos and videos of the product and outer package to customer service within 7 days after delivery. We will arrange free replacement or full refund according to the actual situation, and may exempt you from returning damaged goods at our discretion.

Shipping fees, customs duties and taxes cannot be refunded unless the error comes from our warehouse. Parcels marked delivered by couriers but lost after receipt cannot get full compensation. Goods sent back without prior official return approval will be rejected by the warehouse and cannot trigger refund procedures.

Exchange applications for different sizes, colors or styles need to be submitted within the 30-day valid return period. The freight sharing rules for exchanges are consistent with standard returns.
