Shipping Policy
All paid orders will be sorted, packed and arranged for delivery within 1–4 business days. Weekends and national holidays are not counted as business days and will not be processed. Pre-order and custom goods have separate production and delivery cycles displayed on each product page.
Estimated delivery time after goods leave warehouse for standard international shipping: US mainland 6–14 business days; UK, Canada, Australia 7–16 business days; EU countries 9–20 business days. All delivery times are for reference only. Delays caused by customs inspection, courier backlog and bad weather are beyond our control and will not be deemed delivery default.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, size and receiving area. Free shipping activities only apply to orders that meet the clear minimum consumption threshold marked on the site. No extra delivery fees will be charged after payment.
All import tariffs, customs clearance fees and local sales taxes generated when the package arrives at the destination shall be borne by the buyer. We will truthfully declare product value and category in accordance with international logistics rules and cannot bear any customs fees for buyers.
After shipment, we will send an exclusive tracking number and logistics query link to your registered email. If there is no logistics update for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact customer service to apply for logistics inquiry.
Parcels returned to our warehouse due to recipient refusal, overdue pickup or invalid address shall bear return freight paid by the buyer. If you need us to resend the goods, you need to pay all secondary delivery fees in advance. If you apply for a full refund after the goods are returned, the original delivery fee paid at checkout will not be refunded.
We do not deliver goods to PO boxes, military restricted areas and sanctioned regions. Logistics carriers may stop delivering to high-risk addresses, and we reserve the right to cancel such pending shipments.
